"I really love that Pam got such a good feel for who we were. She stuck with us, even though none of the houses I chose to look at were the right fit. She got to know us so well that we would walk into a house together and she would say "You don't want this one" before I could even open my mouth to say I didn't like it. One day she found a house that had gone on the market that day. It was perfect and we would have never found it without her. She always kept an eye out for us and it totally paid off. Thanks Pam for getting us our dream home. I still love my house :)"

"Miserable experience working with Pam and her husband John. She put her own interests ahead of ours, to our financial and emotional detriment. She did not have sufficient professional connections to adequately support our efforts, did not negotiate for our interests during closing when seller failed to meet contractual obligations. Serious lack of social skills causing undue conflict with other realtors. A heavy smoker - couldn't ride in her vehicle due to smell, so resorted to driving myself all over looking for property. I found the property we eventually purchased by searching online (thank God for Zillow). She did little more than run simple MLS database pulls and email the lists to me. Although she claimed to have 30+ years of experience, there was scant evidence of that. Now, years after the sale, she still sends us junk mail addressed with our names incorrect - a regular reminder of her ineptitude. You'd be better off going it alone rather than hire this one."
